LBG had completed initial research looking into the future of intergenerational wealth transfer, smart home insurance and home ownership.
The next phase required further research in validating hypotheses with potential users and evolving concepts and prototypes with key stakeholders.
My role involved running customer research interviews, surveys, and integrating the results of these into workshops and co-creation sessions with LBG stakeholders. Working closely with a UX researcher and graphic designer, we developed a series of visual concepts of future products and services supported by customer insights, for LBG to take further into the next phase.
