I worked with several financial services clients at EY Seren, project highlights include:
- Exploring the future of supply chain finance, proposing innovative solutions and assessing key opportunity areas for the client
- Delivering the future state blueprint for the Foreign Exchange team, moving them from the current state to their desired vision
- Refining the mobile and web onboarding process for B2B customers
My role as Lead Consultant involved running customer research, managing junior members of the team, managing client workshops, create and present concepts, blueprints, playbooks and communication assets.
